Today I had a test along with a lot of homework to do, and I feel pretty stressed. In times like these, it
is important for me to self reflect and not get too down on myself mentally. So, I am using this time
to look at my strengths when pushing through a tough day like today, as well as things that I need to
improve on to make days as busy as these much less stressful. I decided to take some time for myself
and just sit silently and listen to some music before continuing my homework. This helped me calm
down and regain self-awareness. I realize that this is a tool I will most likely use in the future,
especially in college, because of how quickly it relaxed me and helped me recenter my focus towards
the things that needed to get done today.
